I’ve been wondering what to bake next for the last two days and I finally decided on this chocolate chunk banana bread. I’m very happy with how it turned out so I’m sharing it with you too. Bananas have always been a favorite of mine. I have used them in baked goods only a few times, however. This bread here is my biggest success so far.

How are you doing? Is it getting really hot where you live? It is here, not that I’m complaining. It’s much better than being cold. I’m eating lots of ice cream and regretting the fact that I don’t have an ice cream maker at home. But before we get to the frozen treats, here are some dinner rolls. Not very exciting I know, but I think they turned out pretty nice.

Hello. How long has it been? I finally have a new post. My December baking didn’t start well. I went trough another meh period. Things just didn’t work out the way I wanted them. Fortunately, the challah here didn’t fall under this curse that gets me from time to time and turned out pretty good. I have several Christmas recipes in mind and I hope they will go well too because otherwise I am going to be very pissed.

This bread is really tasty! I should totally make it more often. This was actually my saturday dinner. I like to have pizza or sometimes lasagna on Saturdays and Sundays. You know, the perfect weekend dinner. I guess I should add this one to my list.

Look what I’ve made! These pretzel buns are super tasty and not hard to make. They don’t require many ingredients and the dough is pretty simple. I have prepared them several times already and they are always so good. They are perfect for burgers too.
