I’ve been wondering what to bake next for the last two days and I finally decided on this chocolate chunk banana bread. I’m very happy with how it turned out so I’m sharing it with you too. Hello! I hope you all had a fun weekend with good weather. It wasn’t here. You know how much I like to complain about it :). Leaving that aside, I finally made the cheesecake that has been on my mind for the last few days. I have to say, it didn’t go exactly as I had planned.

I like these truffles a lot, but I had somehow forgotten about them. A big mistake on my part. I made peanut butter a couple of days ago, so this was a perfect opportunity to also make the truffles.
